  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel your session for any reason, I'll need a day's notice ahead of time.

  • Can I use the facility outside our session?

    The facility is NOT open to personal use outside our sessions. 

  • How long in advance do I need to schedule my session?

    Sessions can be scheduled anywhere from a week before to a day before.

    I offer one-on-one training at the facility, in-home training, or online training.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with our training sessions?

    If you are for whatever reason not satisfied with your personal training experience within the first 30 days, I’ll give you a full refund – no questions asked.
