Nutrition & Supplementation
Week Ending: Saturday, June 14, 2008

It has been a while since I updated my nutrition and supplement section...and for good reason.  If you are one of the many faithful readers of my blog, you know that a few weeks back, when switching to a new line of supplements, I decided to start using the Gaspari line.  Well, I was so impressed with the couple of products that I did use, that I wanted to start incorporating each of Gaspari's products.  Since, I have been adding a new product each week.  And they are OUTSTANDING!!!

I have incorporated what we will now refer to as the "Ultimate LEAN MASS Stack for Men."  Too fit them all in, I had to play with my diet a little.  Needless to say, I am in way better shape this year than I was at the same time the last 5 years.  Obviously, the plan is working and I have to give Gaspari Nutrition two very big, enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

Here is how my new nutrition and supplement plan looks:

Current Nutrition and Supplement Plan: Monday - Friday

5:30 AM - MEAL 1
Halodrol Liquigels - 1 Liquigel
IntraPro - 2 scoops mixed in water
25-50grams of Simple/Complex Carbs (usually a piece of fruit)

9 AM - MEAL 2

3:30pm MEAL 4

IntraPro - 2 scoops mixed in water
10-40 grams Simple/Complex Carbs (usually another piece of fruit)

SuperPump250 - 2 scoops
PlasmaJet - 1 serving (every other workout and never on non-training days)

Weight training or Cardio

SizeOn - 1 scoop 20oz. water
I either drink my serving of Size On during my training session or immediately after

9:00pm MEAL 5
Halodrol Liquigels - 1 Liquigel

10-30 grams of Complex and Fibrous Carbs

Soon to be added Bedtime

This “Ultimate Lean Mass Stack” is purely for the intermediate to advanced athlete interested in adding lean muscle mass while simultaneously reducing body fat. I can attest to the fact that this stack will not only get you big and lean, it is also a great program for pre-contest preparation. If you’re looking for that “total package” look, you are going to love the Ultimate Lean Mass Stack!

Other Supplements Plan:  Monday - Friday

Just before Meal 1
Meltdown, 2 caps
L-Carnitine, 1500 mg

With Meal 1
1 MultiPro 32X
2 Myo-D essential fatty acid caps

Just before Meal 3
Meltdown, 1 cap
L-Carnitine, 1500 mg

Pre-Workout
BCAA, 4-6 caps

Post-Wotkout
BCAA, 4-6 caps

Meal 6
1 MultiPro 32X
2 Myo-D essential fatty acid caps

ON NON-TRAINING DAYS
On non-training days, I try to make sure I
  • eat 5-6 meals per day at 2 ½  to 3 hour intervals
  • eat the same amount of protein and carbs as I do on training days
  • make sure to drink lots of water
  • use IntraPro (1-3 times per day) and Halodrol Liquigels (1 liquigel, 2-3 times per day with a meal).

This week I am anxious to add in Novedex XT.  This product is a proprietary blend of naturally occurring, anti-aromatase inhibiting compounds that have been demonstrated to have an upward modulating effect on testosterone levels and a downward or static modulating effect on estrogen.  And we all know that testosterone helps build muscle and cuts....fast!
